Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM data models, design compliant workflows, and resolve complex revenue operational challenges across sales, CS, and billing teams.

Candidates should have 4+ years in SaaS revenue/ops, strong CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot), and excellent data reporting skills. Remote work available from the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SaaS Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation Operations experience.
• Strong CRM ownership and configuration with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience with revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-management systems.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-focused environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and process design.
