We provide end-to-end foodservice technology solutions that help healthcare and aging services professionals streamline operations, save time, reduce waste, and meet regulatory standards, enhancing patient and resident care.

We are seeking an Experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Business Systems & Analytics Director, you will bridge Revenue and Finance teams, focusing on process improvement and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire process for handling closed deals, ensuring accurate account, subscription, and contract data for billing and communication; collaborate on process improvements.
  2. Oversee CRM management of customer accounts, including modifications, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring billing accuracy and cross-team communication.
  3. Track hardware orders and processing to ensure timely shipments and clear communication.
  4. Use reporting and data analysis to monitor processes, identify gaps, and improve data integrity and efficiency.
  5. Participate in developing and analyzing internal commission plans as needed.
First Year Milestones:
  1. Complete account reviews to ensure proper contract and subscription data.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of revenue processes, including complex partner-reseller workflows.
  3. Lead process improvement projects to enhance data accuracy.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Knowledge of revenue operations within SaaS, gained through 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with subscription billing, reseller environments, revenue recognition, or contract management is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools like Metabase or Tableau.
  • Skilled in data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven project management skills related to revenue operations and billing.
  • Passionate about automating tasks and operational improvements.
  • Willing to travel occasionally, with a valid passport and no travel restrictions between Canada, the USA, and Vietnam.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and agile environment.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning, leadership, and innovation.
