Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will bring strong CRM experience to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across SaaS environments, with emphasis on Salesforce or HubSpot.

You will configure revenue tools, build and refine sales and CS workflows, maintain data integrity, create clear process documentation, and support system adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
