Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager is a key member of the Central Operations team that manages the GTM operating model by helping translate operating strategy into a consistent, field-ready execution cadence. This role strengthens the day-to-day operating discipline behind forecasting, pipeline hygiene, executive business reviews, and leadership forums so the GTM organization can run with greater consistency, visibility, and decision confidence.

This role is classified as hybrid, requiring in office work three days per week, in our Durham/RTP Office.

Lead Sales Forecast
  • Support the monthly sales forecasting cadence across the Go to Market organization by coordinating inputs, timelines, and follow-through with field and revenue operations stakeholders.
  • Help improve forecast accuracy across dollars and units by reinforcing pipeline hygiene, quote discipline, CRM stage alignment, and field accountability.
  • Ensure CRM processes and sales stages support forecasting needs and executive-level visibility.
  • Serve as a business power user for our Revenue Intelligence tool, helping drive adoption, surface improvement opportunities, and ensure revenue intelligence outputs support sales leadership decision-making.
Operationalize the GTM Cadence and Executive Forums
  • Help operationalize the GTM operating model and leadership cadence defined by the Senior Director, ensuring core forums run with consistency, clarity, and effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Support the KPI and leading-indicator framework for core forums, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Drive preparation, execution support, and follow-through for executive forums, ensuring content is timely, insight-driven, and connected to clear decisions or actions.
  • Support high-priority operating model projects as business needs evolve, including changes to forecasting processes, QBR design, executive review cadence, or field operating model practices.
Enable Data, Systems, and AI-Driven Productivity
  • Partner with the Business Systems and Data teams to help ensure the right data is available in the right systems and formats to support the field operating model.
  • Identify and help implement AI-enabled opportunities to reduce manual forecast preparation, recurring Excel work, and repetitive analysis across core operating processes.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field, preferably supporting GTM, sales, or field operating cadences.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM processes, including how sales stages, quote hygiene, and data quality impact forecast accuracy and leadership visibility.
  • Analytical and operational problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify issues, prepare insights, measure impact, and support decision-making.
  • Executive-ready communication skills, including the ability to turn detailed inputs into clear materials, concise summaries, and action-oriented follow-up for leadership forums.
  • Hands-on fluency with GTM systems and tools, such as Salesforce, Aviso, Snowflake, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent platforms, with the ability to pull, interpret, and package data for business reviews.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a practical, service-oriented approach to helping operationalize priorities set by the Leadership team.
