Job description

Our Revenue Operations team is searching for an Engineer who will play a key role in unifying the operations, data and systems that support revenue teams. We drive visibility across the revenue cycle, working to achieve efficiency in sales and drive revenue growth.

Salary Range:base salary annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Mid-level: $120,000 - $150,000

Location: This position is remote in the United States, with optional travel for in-person company events and other ad-hoc events.

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale enterprise-quality GTM technology, directly impacting sales efficiency and company revenue recognition with automations and enhancements.
  • Implement change control to adapt systems for critical integration initiatives, including pricing, packaging and new methodologies.
  • Own technical escalations, with an eye for addressing issues with scalable, long-term business solutions.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review requirements and current/future architecture of end-to-end sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and health across all platforms.
  • Develop advanced analytics reports to measure performance of systems.
  • Maintain & consolidate comprehensive documentation on system architecture, workflows and engineering

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ year’s experience as an engineer in a revenue operations and/or business operations role (ideally in B2B SaaS)
  • Proficiency with GTM technology stacks, including CRM systems, billing tools and integration platforms.
  • Experience with API integrations and data modeling for pre-and-post sales tools (marketing automation, lead management, sales engagement, customer success)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
