Nouvells is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist to lead complex system alignment, auditing, and optimization across our SaaS revenue tech stack.

You will inspect interconnected environments from CRM to billing and support, identifying bottlenecks, mismatches, and outdated automations while rearchitecting workflows and enforcing precise business rules for cross-departmental operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM, billing, and support tools to detect data discrepancies and redundant automations.
• Rearchitect workflows, custom fields, validation rules, and business logic to resolve policy contradictions across revenue tools.
• Produce operational guidelines, decision rationale logs, and SOPs for technical and non-technical teams.
• Establish validation frameworks and reporting standards to ensure accurate, consistent data streams across the enterprise.
• Handle complex edge cases like contract renewals and entitlement adjustments to ensure multi-system updates execute smoothly.

You will rearchitect workflows, establish precise business rules, enforce data integrity, and produce clear technical documentation to support seamless cross-departmental operations.

• Perform thorough audits of CRM, billing, and support tools to detect data discrepancies, redundant automations, duplicate records, and permission mismatches.
• Rearchitect workflows, custom fields, validation rules, and business logic to resolve policy contradictions across adjacent revenue tools.
• Produce comprehensive operational guidelines, decision rationale logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Establish validation frameworks and reporting standards to ensure accurate, consistent data streams across the enterprise.
• Navigate complex operational edge cases—such as contract renewal exceptions and entitlement adjustments—ensuring multi-system updates execute smoothly without breaking workflows.
