Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking an on-site Revenue Operations Coordinator in Dayton, OH to assist the Revenue Controller with auditing, accounts receivable, cash applications, customer profiles, and interlines.

You will audit contracts, review data in Novus, and document core accounting processes while building cross-department relationships to support billing, customer profiles, and weekly fuel updates.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative across departments to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Audit pricing contracts to ensure data completeness and compliance with expectations.
• Review pricing data in Novus for new contracts and updates.
• Document key accounting processes with independent judgment for departments reporting to Revenue Controller.
• Maintain relationships across departments to support Revenue Operations.
• Attend and contribute to regular meetings and provide support where needed.
• Assist Customer Profile Team with weekly fuel updates.
• Coordinate with Billing to address customer edit checks and invoicing issues.
• Set up and edit EDI and email requests within customer profile.
• Support Revenue Controller on special projects and identify process improvements.
