Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Revenue Operations Analytics Manager to lead a team in developing analysis deep dives, remediation projects, and performance tracking across Revenue Operations. You’ll partner with leadership to deliver strategic recommendations, drive efficiency, and influence bottom-line improvements.

The role emphasizes growth, development, and cross-functional impact, with high visibility among senior leaders. Travel up to 5-10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in related field of study.
• 3-4+ years in analytics.
• 3+ years in people management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills.
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Teams.
• Effective training and presentation skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, direction, mentoring, coaching, performance management and teammate relations monitoring; elevate to Sr. Manager as necessary.
• Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communication; provide updates in executive presentations.
• Lead or actively participate in special projects and act as liaison between data analytics and other departments.
• Perform root cause analysis on large datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues.
