Contract Type: W2

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: New York - 10003 (Remote)

Pay Range: $35.55 - $40.55 per hour on W2

Job Summary

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in empowering sales teams and leaders by providing strategic insights, enhancing productivity, and refining sales and finance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard clients and drive revenue growth, ensuring seamless order management and delivering superior partner support. Your role will focus on operational excellence, process innovation within Salesforce, and active participation in projects aimed at improving sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and process incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Resolve partner issues promptly during onboarding and order phases, ensuring smooth resolutions with revenue sub-teams.
  • Provide in-depth process knowledge and training to sales teams, maintaining essential documentation and playbooks.
  • Deliver exceptional operational support to client partners and account managers, managing critical tasks like billing reconciliation and bonus media.
  • Drive operational improvements and system automation within Salesforce to enhance efficiency.
Must-Have Skills
  • Proven project management and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
Industry Experience Required

Experience in the advertising or technology industry is a plus.
