Snap Inc. is seeking a founding Machine Learning Engineer for the Revenue+ team to establish ML as a core capability for Snapchat+ monetization and growth.

You will own the full lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment, building scalable ML systems for personalization and decisioning. You will work with Product, Data Science, Backend, and Mobile teams to shape strategy and prioritize ML investments, with equity potential and a focus on privacy and security.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of post-Bachelor’s ML experience; or Master’s +4+ years; or PhD +1 year in ML.
• Experience deploying ML systems for ranking, recommendation, personalization, or monetization.

Aufgaben

• Identify high-value ML opportunities to improve subscription growth and monetization.
• Design, build, and deploy ML systems for personalization, ranking, and lifecycle optimization.
• Own end-to-end path from problem framing to production deployment and metrics.
• Establish direction for a new Revenue+ ML capability.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Backend, and Mobile Engineering.
