Snap Inc. is seeking a founding Machine Learning Engineer for the Revenue+ team to establish ML as a core capability for Snapchat+ monetization.

You’ll own end-to-end ML projects from problem framing to production deployment, focusing on personalization, offer decisioning, and lifecycle optimization at scale. You’ll collaborate with Product, Data Science, Backend, and Mobile Engineering, build observable ML systems, and apply rigorous security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine learning and software engineering foundations.
• Strong product and business judgment, with ability to identify ML value.
• Experience taking ML systems from problem statements to production.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value ML opportunities for subscription growth and monetization.
• Design, build, and deploy ML systems for personalization and offer decisioning.
• Own end-to-end ML projects from problem framing to production deployment and measurement.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Backend, and Mobile Engineering to shape strategy.
• Build observable, scalable production ML systems serving Snapchatters at scale.
