Mosai is seeking a Director of Revenue Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and measurement of Mosai's demand generation and revenue marketing engine across digital marketing, ABM, performance marketing, website, and marketing operations.

This leader builds predictable, sales-qualified pipeline across home health, hospice, and physician practice segments and builds and leads a team that blends existing marketing talent with new hires as the function scales.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive B2B demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing experience, including leadership.
• Proven success building programs that generate qualified pipeline and revenue in SaaS/B2B.
• Advanced knowledge of paid media, ABM, email, web strategy, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong command of funnel metrics, attribution, CAC, and budget optimization.

Aufgaben

• Own and scale digital marketing strategy across SEM, paid social, display, web, retargeting, SEO, email, and ABM targeting high-value healthcare accounts.
• Drive full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion aligned with healthcare buyer personas.
• Build and manage a performance marketing engine tying campaigns to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Own the website end to end including IA, content, landing pages, CRO, SEO, and site performance.
• Lead cross-functional launch campaigns with Product Marketing and Sales to optimize messaging and demand channels.
• Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot and CMS), attribution tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with Growth, Content, Sales, and Revenue Ops to align channels and improve lead quality.
• Establish dashboards translating campaign and web performance into pipeline and revenue; report to leadership.
• Build and develop revenue marketing team, contractors, and agency partners as the function scales.
