Job summary

Mosai is seeking a Growth & Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth within the existing customer base and with strategic partners. You will create campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, lead co-marketing with EHR and other partners, and collaborate closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with growth, customer expansion, or partner programs.
• Ability to develop segmented multi‑channel campaigns that create measurable pipeline.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer-base growth strategy to increase adoption of Mosai solutions across existing accounts.
• Segment customers by products held and expansion potential to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Own expansion campaigns across relevant channels and stages of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and Partners to coordinate campaigns and follow-ups.
• Translate product gaps and customer outcomes into timely campaigns that generate opportunities.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into expansion strategies.
• Create and manage co-branded programs with strategic partners and events.
