Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee online revenue management for multiple resorts and hotels, ensuring optimal occupancy, pricing, and profitability through OTA management, market analysis, and inventory control. You will coordinate with OTAs, update extranet, manage listings and pricing across channels, and work closely with on-ground teams to align strategies.

A Bachelor's degree and at least one year in hotel/resort RM are required, with advanced Excel and familiarity

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel/resort RM.
• Proficiency with OTA Extranet, PMS, and channel management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with RM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage online revenue for multiple properties, optimizing rates and availability.
• Coordinate with major OTAs for promotions and visibility.
• Update Extranet for all OTAs.
• Oversee listings, bookings, rate updates, and content accuracy across channels.
• Coordinate daily with on-ground teams to align revenue strategies.
• Analyze occupancy, demand, and market trends to set dynamic pricing.
• Manage inventory distribution across OTAs and direct channels.
• Identify market trends to anticipate revenue patterns.
• Monitor revenue performance and prepare management reports.
