Job summary

Empiria Group in Glyfada, Greece, is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Headquarters. You will implement pricing strategies, manage inventory, forecast demand, and optimize commercial performance across our luxury hotel portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, you will collaborate with Reservations, Sales, and Marketing to align pricing with business goals, monitor performance across channels, and drive profitability through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a Revenue Management role within international luxury hotels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of Marriott systems (One Yield, MARSHA, MRDW, HPP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing short- and long-term revenue strategies.
  • Monitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, booking pace and market penetration index.
  • Forecast budgets and prepare performance reports from historical data and trends.
  • Manage inventory, pricing and availability across distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with Reservations, Sales and Marketing to align pricing campaigns.
  • Ensure rate integrity and parity across all channels and systems.

About the Role

Empiria Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to join our Headquarters in Glyfada.

Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in executing the Group's revenue management strategy, maximizing profitability, and optimizing commercial performance across our hotel portfolio.

You will support the implementation of pricing strategies, inventory optimization, forecasting, and distribution management while working closely with the Reservations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with the Group's commercial objectives.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who combines strong commercial acumen with a proactive mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Revenue Manager in developing and implementing short- and long-term revenue strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Booking Pace and Market Penetration Index.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets and performance reports based on historical data, booking trends and market intelligence.
  • Manage inventory, pricing and availability across all distribution channels, including PMS, Bi, Channel Manager and OTA extranets.
  • Conduct daily pickup analysis and adjust pricing strategies and restrictions according to market demand.
  • Ensure rate integrity, system accuracy and rate parity across all distribution channels.
  • Participate in weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing performance analysis and commercial recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Reservations to ensure best practices, policies and operational excellence are consistently maintained.
  • Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and online travel agencies, recommending opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of revenue management systems, tools and commercial processes.
  • Monitor market dynamics, economic trends and destination demand drivers to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent knowledge of revenue management principles, hotel distribution and pricing strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive and solution-driven.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Revenue Management position, preferably within an international luxury hotel company and branded hotels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems, including Opera, Fidelio, Channel Manager and OTA extranets.
  • Proven expertise in pricing optimisation, demand forecasting and yield management.
  • Solid understanding of hotel financial performance, budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Experience aligning revenue strategies with sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards and commercial scenario analyses.
  • Knowledge of Marriott systems, including One Yield, MARSHA, MRDW and HPP, will be considered a strong advantage.
