Overview

Be part of our dynamic team as Complex Revenue Manager! This opportunity is for a highly motivated individual who is skilled in revenue, reservations, finance and property management systems. This role manages rates, reservations, pricing, packages and inventory as part of a successful revenue strategy. In this role, you report to the Complex Director of Revenue Management and the Complex Reservations Coordinator reports to this role, so effective communications skills are a must. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Accounting departments to execute strategies, ensuring all details are processed accurately. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-resort environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests and team members. This role is fully remote and eligible for the Davidson Revenue Manager Incentive Plan.

Qualifications
  • Prior revenue management experience required
  • Prior Marriott systems experience required
  • Prior management experience required
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a direct report is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Demonstrate ability to manage duties independently without close supervision
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a quiet dedicated space to work fully remote
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
  • Be able to travel to the resorts in Islamorada, FL as needed
