Job summary

Inova Health System in Falls Church, VA is seeking a dedicated Manager of Revenue Integrity to oversee charge capture, reconciliation, and WQ management. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday shifts and opportunities for remote or hybrid work.

You will collaborate with service lines, Revenue Cycle teams, and clinical operations to optimize reimbursement, reduce denials, and drive process improvements using innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle oversight experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Licensure or certification: RHIT/RHIA/CCS/CPC or RN license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HB and PB Revenue Integrity functions including charge capture, charge reconciliation, and WQ management.
• Collaborate with Service Lines, operational leaders, and Revenue Cycle teams to improve charge capture accuracy, workflow efficiency, and reimbursement outcomes.
• Analyze Revenue Cycle trends, denials, reconciliation variances, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization.
• Coordinate with Denials Prevention, coding, billing, compliance, clinical operations, and finance for proactive issue resolution and regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategic initiatives for Revenue Integrity optimization and standardization across HB and PB environments.
• Oversee WQ prioritization, workflow management, escalation processes, and accountability measures for timely resolution of revenue-impacting issues.
• Evaluate and support implementation of innovative technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
