Job summary

Impact Advisors is seeking a Revenue Integrity Lead to guide client engagements focused on revenue optimization, compliance, and transformation within healthcare organizations.

You will oversee assessments, process improvements, and technology optimization efforts, collaborating with executives to deliver measurable financial performance improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle consulting, or related operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Integrity programs, Charge Capture, Chargemaster management, Denials, and reimbursement types.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue integrity engagements for hospitals and health systems.
• Assess revenue cycle processes, charge capture workflows, and reimbursement performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve net revenue, reduce denials, and enhance charge capture.
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor consultants and lead cross-functional client workshops.
