You will lead projects, analyze data for discrepancies, and support system updates while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead, senior, or mentoring role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Epic or similar healthcare IT systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and support to revenue integrity staff, including charge capture, charge reconciliation, and other departments.
• Analyze revenue data, identify trends or discrepancies, and report improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Serve as a resource for issue resolution, workflow questions, and system navigation for team members.
• Support and coordinate revenue integrity projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, and outcomes.
• Assist service line leaders with charge capture issues, workflow clarification, and charging questions.
• Partner with leadership to implement new workflows, system updates, and process enhancements related to revenue capture and compliance.
• Participate in initiatives with clinical, coding, billing, and IT teams to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Support accurate documentation and billing of services and procedures; monitor and reconcile charges to identify revenue leakage.
• Partner with other departments to promote complete and accurate clinical documentation supporting billed services.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing reports related to revenue integrity performance and project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal billing standards.
• Support onboarding of new staff and reinforce best practices and regulatory updates.
