Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in hospital Revenue Cycle, a Bachelor's in a related field, and familiarity with Epic-billing environments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing or coding.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• 1 year in Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze A/R performance and related financial reports for insights and improvement.
• Support compliance and regulatory risk review with system leadership.
• Educate departments and staff on Revenue Cycle processes and coding requirements.
• Assist with maintaining the integrity of the CDM and related software programs.
