Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate posting of all payments. The role focuses on EPIC CDM initiatives, revenue cycle integrity, and compliance with payer requirements to optimize cash flow across departments.

The position requires an Associates degree in healthcare or related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Healthcare or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years related experience in revenue integrity or related role.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Epic certification and competency preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, implement, and maintain the EPIC CDM for AHS and Community Connect partners.
Balance accounts receivable and provide end-of-month reports for GL entries.
Respond to revenue audit requests from patients, physicians, carriers, auditors, or departments.
Audit revenue departments for substantiation of transactions and correct billing issues.
Review WQs and implement changes to CDM, fee schedules, and billing mechanisms.
Research CPT codes, revenue codes, and other billing issues.
Meet mandatory organizational requirements including Epic certification and competency.
Review master price lists for services, devices, and medications.
