Job summary

Summa Health System is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle Billing Operations team. In this full-time days position, you will support front-end denial avoidance, charge capture, reconciliation, and analytics to ensure accurate patient service revenue.

You'll collaborate with clinical charging departments, oversee updates to the Charge Description Master (CDM), and participate in ongoing process improvements across Registration, Coding, and Billing while staying aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Finance or closely related field, or the equivalent in training and experience.
• Three years of professional healthcare experience including Epic utilization and leadership.
• Certification in medical coding (CCS/CCS-P or CPC-H) and/or CRIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into Revenue Cycle processes, including denial management and charge capture.
• Support CDM development and maintenance; drive continuous improvement in Registration, Coding, Billing.
• Coordinate with clinical charging departments and monitor regulatory reporting requirements.
