Responsibilities

• Revenue Risk Analysis investigates high-impact billing edits and coding/documentation risks.
• Charge Capture Review leads reviews and improves documentation and charging practices.
• Data & Reporting develops dashboards highlighting denial trends and net revenue performance.
• Financial Evaluation performs cost-benefit analyses for revenue improvement proposals.
• Audit Support participates in payer and internal audits and supports corrective actions.
• Compliance & CDM Collaboration partners with Compliance and CDM teams to monitor risks.
• Service Line Expertise provides specialized monitoring for high-volume service lines.
• Operational Leadership conducts quarterly reviews with leaders and presents trends and opportunities.
