Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a strategic Manager in California to drive revenue growth and improve margins. The role collaborates with Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership to plan annual targets and pricing strategies. You will analyze data, present plans, and support promotions ROI to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with9+ years of specific experience.
• MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue, Gross Profit and Operating Income growth through collaboration with Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership teams and Leadership team.
• Lead annual planning for Revenue, Margin and Volume and present growth sources, price plans, and execution elements.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership to improve results, including promotions ROI.
• Lead and participate in weekly performance routines, monthly reviews and Deep Dive sessions to align with company strategy.
• Participate in Customer Program Approval and Communication Tool discussions and provide market implications and coherent guidance.
• Review pricing requests and economic analysis models and communicate retail price package promotional plans during Annual Planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
