Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Intern for the summer of 2027 in downtown Minneapolis, MN. You will work with the Director & Trade Strategy to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to boost gross and net revenue and operating income, while identifying growth opportunities with Field Sales.

You will analyze syndicated data, evaluate trade rates, and support MAPS initiatives, with ROI-focused insights and collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree and completed at least one year of coursework.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to improve gross and net revenue.
• Analyze trade spending and ROI to optimize profitability.
• Create tools to track trade budgets and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on customer sell-in stories and promotional calendars.
