Job summary

Effy Jewelry seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business performance analysis, and revenue planning for HFDF General Retail from its New York City headquarters. You will develop KPI analyses, prepare leadership-ready presentations, and assist budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required, though 2-3 years of relevant experience is ideal.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets, reconcile results, and build clear analytical summaries.
• Experience with financial reporting, retail analytics, budgeting, or revenue analysis through employment, internships, or relevant projects.
• Ability to translate quantitative findings into concise presentations and recommendations for business stakeholders.

• Partner with Finance, Planning, Buying, Cruise Retail, and other stakeholders to support business decisions and continuous process improvement.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business performance analysis, and revenue planning for HFDF General Retail. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights, evaluate business initiatives, and support data-driven decisions that contribute to profitable growth.

This position is based at our New York City headquarters and requires working onsite five days a week.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $95,000 annually. This reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay.
