Effy Jewelry seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business performance analysis, and revenue planning for HFDF General Retail from its New York City headquarters. The role is onsite five days a week and offers exposure to cross-functional teams in luxury retail and travel sectors.

You will develop KPI analyses, prepare leadership-ready presentations, and assist budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required, though 2-3 years of relevant experience is ideal.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets, reconcile results, and build clear analytical summaries.
• Experience with financial reporting, retail analytics, budgeting, or revenue analysis through employment, internships, or relevant projects.
• Ability to translate quantitative findings into concise presentations and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and support recurring financial and operational reporting, including KPI tracking, performance analysis, and identification of key trends.
• Independently analyze revenue and business performance, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop analyses and presentation materials for business reviews, leadership discussions, and ad hoc requests.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including model maintenance, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Validate data accuracy, investigate reporting discrepancies, and collaborate with technical and business teams to improve reporting quality.
• Partner with Finance, Planning, Buying, Cruise Retail, and other stakeholders to support business decisions and continuous process improvement.
