Synthesia Limited, the world’s leading AI video platform, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to own and continuously improve the North America onboarding program. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps and Talent Acquisition to deliver a high-quality experience that accelerates ramp and productivity.

This role requires hands-on facilitation and data-driven content design in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Sales Enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven live facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering onboarding or learning programs for revenue teams.
• Strong organizational skills and operational rigor.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery and facilitation of North America onboarding.
• Lead live training sessions for new hires across Sales and Customer Success.
• Create an engaging learner experience balancing content and application.
• Prepare cohorts with content, materials, technology, and logistics.
• Partner with SMEs to incorporate product knowledge into onboarding.
• Continuously improve onboarding based on feedback and data.
