Job summary

Saratech Inc in Mission Viejo, CA, is seeking a Training Manager to lead planning, promotion, quoting, booking, and delivery coordination of customer training programs across industries.

You will drive training revenue, manage logistics with customers, sales teams, instructors, and facilities, and create repeatable processes to scale the training business, while building relationships with Siemens training teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs or events with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals, budgets, or statements of work.
• Strong commercial judgment on pricing, costs, margins and profitability.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to travel to offices, customer locations, or events.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the training opportunity pipeline from inquiry through booking and delivery.
• Drive bookings and revenue by engaging customers, account managers, and technical teams.
• Coordinate with sales, instructors, facilities, and logistics for each training engagement.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and statements of work with accurate pricing.
• Ensure invoicing, revenue recognition, and expense tracking aligned with bookings.
