Job summary

Capital Health seeks an Administrative role in Revenue Cycle to oversee vendor contracts, invoices, and data integrity across our hospital network. You will coordinate documentation, monitor financial activity, and support reconciliations with operational leaders to ensure timely and accurate vendor processes.

The position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's in healthcare admin, business, finance or related field preferred.
• Two years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, contract administration support, billing operations, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized repository of Revenue Cycle vendor contracts, amendments and related docs.
• Track contract dates, renewals and notice periods; alert leadership of milestones.
• Review vendor invoices for completeness and alignment with contracts; coordinate follow-up.
• Monitor vendor financial activity, returns, write-offs, contingencies and recovery reporting.
• Support reconciliation of vendor-reported activity to internal systems for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory reconciliation logs and vendor account documentation for quality reviews.
• Track vendor issues, escalations and remediation; liaise with leadership as needed.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and offboarding documentation and credentialing records.
