Job summary

Resourcing Edge in Dallas seeks a leader to own the end-to-end revenue cycle and integrate it across multiple hospital sites. This is a build seat focused on creating an integrated operation rather than maintaining existing tools.

The role will drive standardized workflows, KPIs, and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to improve payer relationships, denials, and AR days while preparing the function for future expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership across the full cycle.
• Proven systems build and integration experience toward integrated EMR and RCM platforms.
• Multi-site or multi-hospital experience preferred.
• Comfortable building in ambiguity and driving roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-hospital footprint.
• Lead systems integration to unified EMR and RCM platforms.
• Build workflows and KPIs, rollout site by site.
• Drive clean claim rate and reduce denials and AR days.
• Partner with finance, clinical, and operations on payer relationships.
• Scale the function to support future hospital growth.
