Meridian Health Services is seeking a full-time day Revenue Cycle Technician at our Muncie, Indiana location.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and apply customer and third-party payer payments
• Document scanning
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments and credits
• Make adjustments and manage payer aging accounts
• Submit claims electronically or via paper
• Verify demographics and insurance eligibility
• Monitor payment agreements and collections
• Provide financial counseling as needed
• Review financial forms and waivers
• Call clients to schedule payments
• Appeal denied claims
• Communicate with third-party payers

Candidate Qualities
