MultiCare Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst I to perform detailed analytical reviews of the revenue cycle and identify billing problems within system applications. You will act as a liaison with IS-Application Analysts, review and analyze issues, and help implement solutions across the network.

The role requires experience in healthcare billing and information systems, with a focus on developing procedures, maintaining master data, and training staff as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Two years college or medical business school preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years relevant healthcare billing experience with background in research and analysis of billing problems.
• Minimum two (2) years computer experience or training.
• Experience in developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings.

Aufgaben

• Perform detailed analytical and statistical review of the revenue cycle to identify and resolve billing and related problems in system applications.
• Act as an internal liaison, reviewing, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting and problem solving with IS-Application Analysts.
• Develop procedures and standards; update and maintain dictionary tables and system master files; create test scenarios; prepare reports and documentation.
• Oversee project status, communicate findings and train staff as necessary.
