Base pay range

$41.00/hr - $41.00/hr

We are actively seeking a certified EPIC Analyst with expertise in Hospital Billing (HB) and HB Claims to join a leading healthcare organization committed to innovation, integrity, and patient-centered care. This is a remote role supporting revenue cycle operations across multiple facilities.

As an EPIC HB & HB Claims Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert in hospital billing workflows, focusing on system optimization, issue resolution, and end-user support. Your role is vital in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing denials, and improving billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and maintain EPIC HB & HB Claims applications for upgrades and improvements
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to troubleshoot issues
• Provide end-user training and documentation for hospital billing and claims modules
• Conduct system audits and analyze billing data for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Qualifications:

• EPIC certification in Hospital Billing (HB) and HB Claims
• 2-4 years of experience as an EPIC Analyst or in a similar support role
• Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle workflows, claims management, and system integration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally remotely
