• Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive work relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to pay sources and clients regarding billing needs.
• Correspond with EAPs, insurance payers, and clients about claim processing and payment.
• Respond to internal and external emails within 24-48 hours.
• Maintain an organized record of insurance and client payment documents.
• Provide reports to administrative team: outstanding balances, claims, and compliance.
• Oversee revenue cycle to maintain financial health of the company.
• Assist with the verification of insurance benefits for clients.
• Manage all outstanding debt collections and correspondence with third-party collectors.
• Submit billing rosters as required by Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations.
• Assist with credentialing needs when time permits per CEO approval.
• Other tasks as designated by CEO.
