Job summary

RxDiet is seeking a hands-on Revenue Cycle Specialist to own day-to-day accounts receivable operations, working with health plans, and driving efficient systems in a small, mission-driven team. This role offers a fully remote work environment within the United States.

You will manage submitting medical claims, payer invoices, and AR aging while collaborating with BD and operations on billing accuracy. Strong data skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in revenue cycle management.
• Minimum of 3 years submitting medical claims and appealing denials.
• Proficient with Xero and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with startup mindset.
