Job summary

Cantata is seeking a FT Revenue Cycle Specialist to oversee the revenue cycle, billing for private pay, Medicare, and secondary insurances in a not-for-profit setting.

You will receive cash collections, complete bank deposits, and follow up with delinquent accounts to keep revenue flowing through billing and AR processes. The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare finance and the ability to develop policies and processes that improve operations.

Qualifications

• Business Degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare financial field.
• Prefer 3-5 years of related healthcare finance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of billing requirements/regulations of the major third party insurance carriers.
• Extension knowledge of policies, procedures, systems and equipment relating to pre-admission, billing, and collections.
• Has the ability to develop policies, procedures, processes and projects that will benefit our company.
