The Ohio State University is seeking a Revenue Cycle Services Coordinator - Driver to operate the mobile health unit, register patients, and support the mobile staff across central Ohio. This on-site role requires safe driving and patient service excellence.
Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience; 2–4 years preferred. Regular 30-hour schedule with some weekend work is included.
Position Scope/Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Services Coordinator - Driver involves the patient in directing his/her plan of care in a confidential, efficient, cost effective, and customer-focused manner. The Revenue Cycle Services Coordinator - Driver works as a team with other hospital disciplines to assure timely, accurate, and achieve customer-satisfied outcomes. This position is specifically designed to support the mobile program with a driver who can drive the mobile van to and from our multiple client list spanning central Ohio and outlying counties. The Revenue Cycle Services Coordinator - Driver will operate the mobile vehicles, will register patients at the time of service, and will support the mobile staff as needed.
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Schedule: 3 days (occasional weekends); 10 hour shifts
