Job summary

METHODIST MANSFIELD MEDICAL CENTER is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable processes within a healthcare context.

The role emphasizes API integration, OCR/ML awareness, and compliance with healthcare data standards. A strong foundation in Python/C#, SQL, and Power BI is expected, with healthcare revenue cycle knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath.
• Certification in one or more RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
• Preferred: EPIC Cogito Data Model certification and healthcare revenue cycle domain knowledge.
• Experience creating and using APIs and integrating systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Knowledge of EHR systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Use UiPath to design, build, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging automation technologies (APIs, OCR, ML).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Manage credentials, queues, logging, storage, exceptions, and scheduling for automations.
• Minimize downtime through monitoring, maintenance, and proactive issue resolution.
• Develop new automations or enhance existing processes while ensuring regulatory and data security compliance.
