Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management or leadership experience in revenue cycle or health care.
• Bachelor's degree in health care, business, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical operations and revenue cycle operations.
• Advanced knowledge of payer reimbursement and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Advanced knowledge of Epic clinical and revenue applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patterns and trends for avoidable write-offs in front-line and clinical workflows.
• Act as Revenue Cycle Project Manager for New Programs and Services.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analyses and present findings to leadership.
• Investigate mitigation strategies and propose workflow, education, and technology solutions.
• Lead projects to reduce avoidable write-offs across multiple facilities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive consensus.
• Provide operational guidance to clinical operations and revenue cycle.
• Monitor performance and summarize data for leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle stakeholders.
