Job summary

Quadax, Inc. seeks a Project Analyst to support the financial health of healthcare organizations by analyzing claims, collections, and reimbursement data. You will identify gaps, reduce denials, and improve cash flow while partnering with leadership to monitor KPIs and ensure payer compliance.

The role involves creating reports and dashboards, supporting audits, and coordinating meetings to drive workflow improvements in the RCS division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Analytical, organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data, trends, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review denials, underpayments, and billing errors to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Partner with Operations to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency.
• Support audits and document revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and internal policies.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings and action item documentation.
• Manage client-specific projects and integration-related tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
