This role obtains and provides accurate legal and compliance forms as needed. Provides excellent customer service and serves as the primary liaison between the patient and the facility, always keeping the patient informed. Clearly explains patient financial liability and, when appropriate, triages patients into financial programs or collects payment in alignment with patient needs. Escalates patient financial concerns to the appropriate department as necessary.

None. Minimum 2 years customer service experience or 1 year related experience in health insurance field, preferred. Experience in hospital precertification and benefit/eligibility verification, preferred.
