Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst in California (Remote/Hybrid) to analyze front-end revenue cycle processes and improve billing readiness across programs. You will work with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to reduce risk, optimize performance, and support organizational goals.

The role requires interpreting payer requirements, managing eligibility workflows, designing KPI dashboards, and delivering training on billing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, business, finance, analytics, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in revenue cycle, billing operations, financial clearance, or related analytics.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, eligibility, and claims readiness.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms such as IRIS or Avatar.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows, eligibility verification, financial clearance, and billing readiness across programs.
• Interpret Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, authorization, Share of Cost, and eligibility requirements; provide guidance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Prioritize issues, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Recommend corrective actions to improve claim readiness and reduce denials.
