Job summary

CRH Anesthesia in Buckhead, GA is seeking an in-office Revenue Cycle Operations Coordinator to manage provider enrollment, payer maintenance, and records coordination. You will ensure accurate payer data, support audits, and maintain compliance across multiple states while reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations.

This role requires 2+ years in revenue cycle operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CAQH, payer portals, EFT/VCC payments, and VerityStream.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in healthcare revenue cycle preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in revenue cycle operations.
• Experience with CAQH, payer portals, and EFT/VCC payments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing provider and group enrollment maintenance, including CAQH updates, attestations, and payer changes.
• Maintain payer portals and ensure data accuracy across payers.
• Review and triage payer correspondence and coordinate follow-ups.
• Support Medicaid and commercial payer audits with documentation.
• Perform provider group audits and address discrepancies.
• Audit EFT and VCC payments and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain contracted payer rate data and verify against agreements.
• Support payer strategy with clean rate and participation data.
• Oversee chart flow tracking to support timely billing.
• Coordinate records management and secure file transfers per HIPAA.
• Manage operations master files and ensure data integrity.
• Perform records reconciliation and indexing of medical records in ATL office.
• Monitor inquiries via [e-mail] and resolve appropriately.
