Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions, from scheduling through final payment collection, and to drive performance improvements across Front-End Operations, Coding, Billing, AR, Denial Management, and Payment Posting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, process optimization, and strong alignment with regulatory and payer requirements, with onsite presence in Rock Hill, SC 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise across all revenue cycle functions including Front-End Operations, Coding, Billing, AR, Denial Management, and Payment Posting.
• Experience driving operational performance and reimbursement improvements.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front End, Coding, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Payment Posting teams.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity across single- or multi-practice operations.
• Manage managers and supervisors within the revenue cycle department.
• Resolve escalated operational issues.
• Implement workflows and policies to support standardized operations.
• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Support budget management for the revenue cycle department.
