Position Summary

The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle, ensuring efficient operations from patient scheduling through final payment collection.

This role requires hands‑on expertise across all revenue cycle functions, including Front-End Operations, Coding, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, and Payment Posting. The Director drives operational performance, improves reimbursement, ensures compliance, and leads teams to achieve key financial and revenue cycle goals while optimizing people, processes, and technology.

Percentage of Time Allocation: 70% Operations / 20% Leadership / 10% Strategy
