Four Winds Hospital is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the Patient Accounts team, overseeing accounts receivable from charge generation to claim submission and collections.

Reporting to the Controller, you will track KPIs such as Days in A/R, reduce claim denials, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements to maximize net revenue. The position is onsite at the Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY. Starting salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000.

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the Four Winds’ Patient Accounts team and be responsible for Accounts Receivable from charge generation to claim submission and collections. The role reports to the Controller and tasked with tracking KPIs such as Days in A/R, reducing claim denials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements to maximize net revenue.

The job is in-person onsite at our WestchesterCampus in Katonah, NY.

Starting salary between $90,000 and $95,000
