Four Winds Hospital in Westchester County is seeking a nurse manager to lead the nursing staff on one of our inpatient cottages. You will oversee nursing operations, clinical coordination, and patient flow to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care for psychiatric patients.

Working onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY, you will partner with physicians, therapists, and support teams to create a safe, nurturing environment and to maintain high professional standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Nurse manager with leadership experience in inpatient settings.
• Ability to coordinate nursing teams and patient care.

We are seeking a nurse manager to lead the nursing staff on one of our inpatient cottages. Our nurse managers work closely with our clinical staff to provide a nurturing and safe environment for our psychiatric patients.

The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY.

Salary: Experienced based annual salary scale starting at $106,400 with additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
