Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Temporary Full-time Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Coordinator to work remotely and support clean claim submissions, AR follow-up, and credentialing across payer contracts. You will generate detailed reports, balance accounts daily, and assist with month-end and audits while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years in medical billing, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid credentialing and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator is responsible for clean claim submission, accounts receivable follow-up, collection and management of medical accounts, daily balancing controls, complex reporting, and completion of month-end and audit activities. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with providers not yet entered into the payer system, maintaining communication and coordination until enrollment is completed to support accurate processing and submission of clean claims.
