Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Operational Manager – Revenue Cycle for the CommonSpirit engagement in Houston. You will serve as a liaison between revenue cycle leadership, market and facility leaders, Epic, CSI, and vendor partners to stabilize cash flow, monitor KPIs, and align workflows during transition and stabilization.

You will translate priorities into market actions, lead cross-functional teams, oversee daily dashboards, escalation paths, and ensure timely resolution of barriers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience supporting complex revenue cycle operations, transition, and stabilization
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional issue resolution and leadership communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between revenue cycle leadership, market and facility leaders, Guidehouse Managed Services, Epic, CSI, and other vendor partners
• Support revenue cycle stabilization, command center execution, KPI review, workflow alignment, and operational readiness during transition and stabilization
• Monitor KPIs in dashboards, identify off-track areas, and escalate barriers impacting cash, A/R, denials, and posting
